“ Very cute establishment! I walked past while visiting Des Moines on a hot July day and decided to go in for some ice cream. The building is a mixture of 1800s architecture and 1950s furniture. The corner style shop is deceptively large inside. I was met with a smile from a very patient cashier who helped an elderly gentlemen in front of me get his order exactly right. I got a butterscotch malted milkshake. It wasn’t exactly the butterscotch flavor I was expecting, but I was very pleased with the flavor anyways. It cooled me off for my return trek; I’d definitely stop again! ”
